If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our returns and refunds policy.
The following terms apply to any product you have purchased from our store.

Your order cancellation rights
You have the right to cancel the Order before shipment by contacting the customer service team.
In order to exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear request. You can inform us of your decision:

We will refund You no later than 14 days after the date on which We receive the cancellation. We will use the same payment method that You used for the Order, and You will not incur any charges for such refund.Conditions for returns
In the event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for store credit or exchange of items except for those items marked as “final sale”. Only unworn items with tags attached will be accepted for returns/exchanges within 10 days of order shipment. Please contact team@lauraposada.com to approve the return. We reserve the right to deny a refund without prior approval of the return. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All shipments must include a tracking number. Once the merchandise is received and inspected and all conditions are met, we will issue you store credit for the original amount paid. Please allow 5-7 days for the credit to be processed.
Return of goods

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. We therefore recommend that you use a postal service with insurance and tracking. We cannot give you a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of receipt of the return shipment.
