SUBSCRIPTION
Your first monthly order will be charged on the day you enroll in the subscription program and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. From that point on, your payment method will be automatically charged every 30 calendar days, and you’ll receive your favorite supplements conveniently and on time each month.
You’ll receive an email notification three (3) business days before your next payment is processed. Your products will then be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after successful payment.
MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ORDER
Need to change your monthly order? We're here to help! Contact our customer service team at 305-615-3007 at least two (2) business days before your scheduled shipping date to make any adjustments.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
To take advantage of our special prices and exclusive subscription discounts, we ask that you keep your subscription active for at least three (3) months. If you choose to cancel before your third shipment, a $24.99 early cancellation fee will apply.
To cancel, contact us at 305-615-3007 before 10:00 a.m. on the scheduled day of your next shipment. This date will be included in your monthly subscription email notification.
SUBSCRIPTION / AUTO-SHIP RETURNS
If you cancel your subscription before the third consecutive month and your payment has already been processed, you may request a refund. However, a $24.99 fee may apply if:
- You refuse the package at the time of delivery.
- You accept the package and later request a return label.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Follow these steps for a quick and easy return:
Step 1:
Call our customer service team at 305-615-3007 or email team@lauraposada.com to confirm your purchase qualifies for a return. If applicable, we will provide a return shipping label.
Step 2:
Pack the products in a secure box. If you are covering the return shipping cost, make sure to request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and clearly write it on the outside of the package.
Step 3:
Send the package to the following address. Keep your tracking number, as it’s necessary to process your refund.

REFUNDS
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You should see the refund reflected in your account within up to 4 weeks from the time we receive your package and the required documentation.
Please note your bank or financial institution may take up to 5 business days to release the funds after the refund is processed. Laura Posada Supplements is not responsible for any banking fees or associated charges.
