Shipping

We use USPS for all US orders (including Puerto Rico)

You will receive your order within 5-7 business days after placing your order. Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday orders ship out on Monday.

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the rates of the service you selected.

In case of errors by the customer when entering their address, we undertake to resend the product with payment of 25% of the order plus the cost of shipping.

Returns

Due to good industry practices, we cannot accept returns to the warehouse of products that have already been shipped. Please check your order carefully before finalizing it.

Warranty:  If after using our products as directed for 3 weeks you do not get results, we will refund you 100% excluding shipping. To request a refund, you must send an email to team@lauraposada.com.

Subscription

By checking the subscription box, you are subscribing to automatic monthly shipping of the selected product. Your payment method will be charged and the order will be automatically generated each month. You can modify or cancel your subscription after receiving your second subscription order. We cannot give refunds for orders that have already been shipped. By choosing the subscription you agree to receive the selected product monthly. To cancel you must notify us 30 days in advance. You will receive an email 10 days before your order ships to notify you so you can take action.
