STANDARD DOMESTIC SHIPPING

At Laura Posada Supplements, we understand how important it is to receive your products quickly and securely. Our standard shipping process delivers within 5 to 8 business days to the 48 contiguous states and up to 10 business days for Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii, starting from the date the order is processed.

All orders are shipped via UPS Ground or USPS, with delivery confirmation.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (EST) may be processed the next business day.
  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.
  • USPS may deliver on Saturdays; UPS does not deliver on weekends or holidays, except in areas where Saturday service is available.

We currently ship within the continental United States, Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii. International shipping is not available at this time.


ORDER PROCESSING & TRACKING

All orders, including subscriptions, are processed on the next business day. For urgent orders, same-day processing is available if placed before 12:00 p.m. EST.

All orders include a tracking number so you can follow your shipment in real time.


ADDRESS INFORMATION ERRORS

Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided by the customer at the time of purchase and as stated in the confirmation email. We kindly ask that you double-check your address details before completing your payment, as we are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses and no refunds will be issued for this reason. If the package is returned to our warehouse by the carrier, we can resend it, but the customer will be charged for the new shipping cost.


SATISFACTION GUARANTEE & RETURNS

We want you to love our products, but if you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 21 days of receipt for a 100% refund, minus shipping and handling fees.

Important:

  • Only unused products will be refunded.
  • Does not apply to products damaged due to misuse or purchased outside of authorized channels.
  • You must return all components if you purchased a bundle or kit.

Make sure to keep the shipping receipt and tracking number. The package must be postmarked within the 21-day period.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you decide to cancel an order before it has been shipped, you can request it by emailing team@lauraposada.com or sending a text message to 305-615-3007. If the order is already in transit, we will not be able to cancel it, issue a refund, or make any changes to the address.


SUBSCRIPTIONS

Your first subscription order will be charged on the day you sign up and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Subsequent orders will be automatically charged every 30 days. You will receive an email notification 3 days before billing, and your order will ship 1 to 2 business days after successful payment.


MODIFYING OR CANCELLING SUBSCRIPTIONS

To modify your monthly order, contact us at 305-615-3007 at least 2 business days before the scheduled shipping date.

To cancel your subscription:

  • A minimum three (3) month commitment is required to avoid additional charges.
  • If you cancel before the third month, a $24.99 fee will apply.
  • To cancel, call 305-615-3007 before 10:00 a.m. on the day of the next scheduled shipment.
If you keep the product after canceling and a refund was already issued, the full cost of that month’s product will be charged.

RETURNS

If you cancel after the third month but payment has already been processed, a refund may be issued. However, a $24.99 fee will apply if:

  1. The package was shipped and needs to be rerouted.
  2. The package is refused at delivery.
  3. You accept the package and request a return label.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

Step 1:
Call 305-615-3007 or email team@lauraposada.com to confirm your return is eligible. We will send a return label if applicable.

Step 2:
Pack the products in a secure box. If you are covering shipping yourself, request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and clearly mark it on the package.

REFUNDS

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error is ours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 4 weeks from the date the returned package is received. Please note your bank may take up to 5 business days to release the funds after processing.
