SUBSCRIPTION / AUTO-SHIP POLICY
Laura Posada Supplements offers a monthly subscription system so you can receive your favorite products delivered straight to your door—no need to place an order every month.
PROCESSING & SHIPPING
• Your first order will be charged on the day you enroll in the auto-ship program and will arrive within 7 to 10 business days.
• Future orders will be automatically charged to your payment method every 30 calendar days.
• You will receive an email notification three (3) business days before your next charge.
• Products will be shipped within 3 to 7 business days after the payment is successfully processed.
MODIFYING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION ORDER
If you would like to modify your monthly order, please contact our customer service team at 305-615-3007 at least two (2) business days before the scheduled shipping date to make the necessary changes.
SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
To benefit from our special pricing and exclusive subscription discounts, we ask that you remain in the program for at least three (3) months.
If you cancel before the third shipment, a $24.99 cancellation fee will apply.
• To cancel, call 305-615-3007 before 10:00 a.m. on the day of your next scheduled shipment (this date will be included in your monthly subscription notification email).
If you decide to keep the products after receiving a refund due to early cancellation, your payment method will be charged the full amount for that month.
SUBSCRIPTION RETURNS
If you cancel your subscription after the third month but your payment has already been processed, you may request a refund. However, a $24.99 fee may apply if:
- The package has already shipped and must be redirected.
- You refuse the package at the time of delivery.
- You accept the package and request a return label.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Call us at 305-615-3007 or email team@lauraposada.com to confirm whether your purchase qualifies for a return. If applicable, we will send you a return shipping label.
Step 2:
Pack the products securely in a box. If you choose to cover the return shipping yourself, request a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and clearly write it on the outside of the package.

Be sure to keep the tracking number, as it is required to process your refund.
REFUNDS
• Shipping costs are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 4 weeks to appear, depending on your bank’s processing times.
• Your financial institution may hold the funds for up to 5 business days after the refund is processed.
