What shipping methods do you use?

For shipments in the United States, UPS or USPS (Puerto Rico).

Where do you ship?

The entire United States, including Puerto Rico.

When will my order be shipped?

You will receive your order between 7-10 business days after placing your order. Saturday and Sunday orders go out on Monday.

How much is shipping?

Shipping cost is calculated based on UPS or USPS rates at checkout.

Do you offer door to door shipping?

No at the moment.


We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We do not accept returns of supplements to the warehouse. Regarding changes, they can only be made if the order has not been sent. If the order has already been shipped, we cannot make changes to the order or to the address. You can contact to find out the status of your order.

What is the warranty of your product?

In case of errors by the client when entering his address, we promise to resend the product with his payment of 25% of the order plus the shipping cost. Guarantee: If after using our products as directed for 3 weeks you do not get results, we will refund 100% excluding shipping.
